1. Nature of Service & Local-First Architecture

The Platform provides browser-based document conversion and media sanitization utilities (including PDF to Word, OCR, EXIF/metadata scrubbing). Core tools execute locally inside your browser sandbox without mandatory file upload.

2. User Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain full copyright, ownership, and title to all documents, images, audio, and video files processed through our tools. The Platform claims no ownership rights over your content.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

• You agree not to use the Service to process or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• You agree not to infringe upon third-party intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights.
• You agree not to launch automated abusive attacks that impair service availability for other users.

4. Subscription & VIP Terms

VIP passes and enterprise licenses are digital services that unlock ad-free processing, large files, and batch operations upon activation.
